What we do
We search for active and closed cases involving the corporation or individual you are examining, in the jurisdiction of the corporate head office or the individual's place of residence. We also recommend searching any jurisdiction where the corporation or individual holds assets. Our research agents keep you up to date with real-time status updates throughout the process.
Once a file is located, we can requisition it and copy pleadings, endorsements, decisions and other documents from Civil, Bankruptcy, Federal and Class Action proceedings, in any jurisdiction across Canada and the United States.
Litigation research isn't limited to court files: we also carry out archival and record research through the National Library and Public Archives of Canada where a matter calls for it.
